How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent tree removal provider in our network. Bandsgeorgia Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider answers your questions, visits the property and gives you a quote. The provider also does the work.
What Happens on the First Conversation
Here is the usual order:
1. First, the provider asks what the tree looks like and where it stands. 2. Next, they ask about damage, access and anything close by. 3. Then, they set a time to look at the job, or they ask for photos. 4. After that, you receive a written quote.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
Keep this list nearby:
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- Does the quote cover cleanup and hauling?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
- Who protects the lawn, driveway and fences?
- What will you do if weather delays the job?
- Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?
Write the answers beside each quote so you can compare them later. If an answer is unclear, ask again until it makes sense to you.
Know Your Options
A tree job is not all or nothing. You may choose to remove the whole tree, take down only part of it, or grind the stump later. A provider can explain each choice and the likely next step. Prices differ by job, so compare quotes in writing.
You Are in Control
Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to hire anyone. You can compare more than one quote, ask for changes or say no. Nothing starts until you agree to it with the provider. Take the time you need to read each quote before you decide.
